WARRANTY SUPPORT POLICY
I. Product scope and warranty locations
1. Products purchased at the store system or online at the official page of Valentino Creations in Vietnam. Have an accurate purchase invoice/exchange note (verifiable purchase information) for the Product.2. Warranty reception location: Valentino Creations Store System nationwide.
II. Receiving cases/warranty policy
1. Valentino Creations receives warranty:- Problems with glue lines and threads of the product
- Products at full price or with a maximum discount of 30% compared to the listed price.
Warranty period:
- Warranty period will take place within 7 - 14 working days from the date of receiving the product, or may vary depending on the condition of the product.
2. Warranty period:
- Within 6 months from the date of purchase.
III. Cases where warranty is denied
1. No warranty for defective products due to improper use and storageFor example:
- PU/leather products are scratched, peeling, peeling, stained, discolored, dry, aging, lose form, moldy, dirty
- Clothes are torn, stretched, ruffled, scratched/pulled, discolored, stained
- Product errors arise during use, not following the Instructions for Use on the label such as machine washing, strong washing with inappropriate soap...
- Improper storage such as: moisture, dirt, water, perfume, products left unused for a long time, wiping chemicals on products, hand sweat causing product discoloration, insect bites...
- The product wears out naturally during use: stretches, loses form, gets old, dirty, discolored, worn out sole, damaged leather.
- Attached accessories/metal accessories are discolored, broken, or lost
IV. The case for supporting innovation
Unused Products purchased by the Customer are damaged due to a technical error by the Manufacturer, which cannot be repaired.For example: A Customer just bought an unused bag, but the leather peels off due to a product error and cannot be fixed.
V. Other cases
1. Customer service staff will contact the customer to inform the warranty plan and will only carry out the warranty upon confirmation from the customer and the costs incurred (if any).2. For other cases not covered by the warranty conditions such as damaged zippers, buckles, or buttons. Damaged latch, lock, bag zipper. Damaged decorative buckles, worn shoe soles. Damaged latch, peeling glue edge of belt. Damaged wheels, damaged latches, stuck suitcase handles... arise during use.
If the Customer needs to repair or replace accessories, Valentino Creations will assist in checking the product. Depending on each case and the condition of each product, Valentino Creations will notify the Customer of a plan to repair and replace accessories and Charge a fee (if any) if the product is assessed as repairable/has replacement parts.
You have the right to refuse to purchase if you do not agree with the Company's above regulations.
