RETURN POLICY
I. Notes to ensure customers' rights when purchasing
For store systems
1. Check the products carefully before payment.
2. Receive the Sales Voucher and sign to confirm the voucher after payment.
3. Request an additional Exchange Voucher if the product is to be given/given to another user and an Exchange Voucher is needed with the product instead of a Purchase Voucher.
4. Keep purchase documents as a basis for exchange/return and product warranty.

For online orders
1. Carefully check the product before receiving the goods and paying for the order from the shipping unit.

II. Conditions for exchanging/returning goods for purchases at stores and online
1. Do not accept returns for money under any circumstances.
2. You will not be refunded the difference in any case of exchange.
3. Policy only applies to products under the following conditions:
- Products purchased at the official CH system or at online sales channels of the brand in Vietnam are accompanied by Sales or Exchange Notes, Value Added Invoices or Existing Purchase Information. and confirmed according to the process on the brand's sales system.
- The product has not been used, modified, or altered in its original state, with price tags, labels, and accompanying accessories intact.
- The product/label/packaging is not dirty, scratched, damaged, torn, dented, or smelly due to external factors after purchase.
4. Classification of exchanged products:
4.1. In case of purchasing full price products or full price products, preferential / Loyalty programs with a discount of less than 30% will be applied.
- Apply for 01 exchange only at the official CH system or at online sales channels of the brand in Vietnam.
- Exchange for a product with a value equal to or higher than the original price of the product purchased.
- In case of changing size/number (same product code, same color): Free exchange applies.
- In case of exchanging another product (purchase date without promotional price, date of exchange with promotional discount): The price of the exchanged product is calculated according to the original price, the customer compensates the difference if any.
- In case of exchanging another product (during the same period of applying promotion promotion): The price of the exchanged product is calculated according to the reduced price, the customer compensates the difference if any.
- In case of exchanging a different product (purchase date has promotion promotion, exchange date has no promotion promotion/or has other promotion promotion): The price of the exchanged product is calculated according to the original price, the customer compensates the difference if any.
4.2. In case of purchasing a product in a short-term promotion program (with notice of the start and end date of the program) there is a discount of 30% or more.
- Only applicable for size/number exchange (same product code, same color) during the promotional period at the official CH system or at the brand's online sales channels in Vietnam.
4.3. In case of purchasing a discounted product, the default discount is 30% or more
- Do not exchange products in any form.
- Only in cases where the product is defective from the supplier, after the error is determined from the brand, the product will be eligible for exchange for size/number (same product code, same color) at the official CH system or at online sales channels of the brand in Vietnam.
5. For online purchases:
- Customers can exchange/return/refuse to receive goods immediately after checking the condition of the goods at the time of delivery/receipt when the following cases occur:
- The product does not match the ordered design or quantity, the condition of the goods is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, denting, or breakage.
- Customers are responsible for providing images and related information to prove the above deficiencies to complete the exchange/return of goods and to receive support for payment refund procedures (if any).
6. In cases outside the Policy, VMG Fashion's decision is final.

- Exchange/return period is within 7 days from the time the customer receives the product at the CH system (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date of purchase printed on the Sales Note or Exchange Note, or Purchase information is stored on the brand's sales system.
2. In case customers buy products at online sales channels of the brand in Vietnam:
- Exchange/return period is within 7 days from the time the customer receives the product for a successful delivery order from the shipping unit (including Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) from the date of receipt recorded on the shipping unit's system and the brand's sales system.
- Exchange/return period is within 7 days from the time the customer receives the product at the CH system (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date of purchase printed on the Sales Note or Exchange Note, or Purchase information is stored on the brand's sales system.
2. In case customers buy products at online sales channels of the brand in Vietnam:
- Exchange/return period is within 7 days from the time the customer receives the product for a successful delivery order from the shipping unit (including Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) from the date of receipt recorded on the shipping unit's system and the brand's sales system.
